I spent this morning volunteering at the MPS Sprint race, pointing runners on the right direction as well as offering tips on a few obstacles. My favorite part was cheering my friends and a couple of my clients, I do love racing but seeing people overcome obstacles when they think they can't is just wonderful.
Jhovany raced today and he got first place overall! He is ready to be racing in Monterey at the end of the month. And Eric did a pretty good time with a burpee free race after coming back from a soleus injury. He will be also racing in Monterey. Check out some great pics from today's event.
